The Amazing Outcome Of Implementing The TBRI Principles

March was the harvest month for the Foster to Adopt Department. We have enjoyed seeing good results after the implementation of the principles of TBRI (Trust Based Relational Intervention) in our foster families. One of the most significant results is visible in Anton’s behavior. In January, together with our psychologist, we taught the children three basic rules: 1. We stay together! 2. We don’t hurt! 3. We have fun! The children enjoyed learning the rules because they were transmitted through play. One of the playing methods was having to walk a path with obstacles several times, with stops, and were taught how to be considerate with people around. In February, the family continued to apply these principles and we see changes in Anton’s behavior for the better being more obedient and more respectful. We hope and pray that Anton will integrate seamlessly into kindergarten, which he attends for several days.
